This project involved a rear extension and full house renovation in Canterbury, Kent, delivered by KPJ Construction (Kent) Ltd as principal contractor. The scope of works included the demolition of the existing kitchen and bathroom, followed by the construction of a new rear extension to create modern, functional living space.
The extension was completed with a new pitched roof and roof light, allowing increased natural light and improved energy efficiency. Internally, we created a brand-new kitchen and bathroom layout, including full bathroom installation and high-quality finishes throughout.
In addition to the extension works, the remaining areas of the property were fully renovated, ensuring a cohesive finish across the entire home. All trades were managed in-house, including demolition, structural works, roofing, plumbing, electrical installation, and internal finishes.
